Cheshire Newcomers & Neighbors

The Cheshire Newcomers & Neighbors Club is non-profit and civic in nature. We provide opportunities for new and seasoned residents to meet new people, make new friends, receive support, and be part of a special community. All sorts of people are involved in Cheshire Newcomers & Neighbors - - from families with young children to empty nesters. Our members are single people, retired couples, full-time working couples, couples with a stay-at-home parent, people from near and far. People like you! Due to the diverse membership and interests of the members, we have a variety of activities scheduled at various days and times. Some activities occur monthly, some quarterly, and some seasonally, while others are annual events. Offerings change to reflect the interest of our members, but there's always something exciting going on! Highland features duckpin bowling, so it's perfect for even little kids. Funds For Fuel

This winter promises to be cold, so let's try to make it a little warmer for some of our neighbors by donating to the "Funds for Fuel". The Cheshire Fuel Bank provides assistance to Cheshire residents who do not meet the financial or asset criteria of the Connecticut Energy Assistance, but who are in an emergency situation.
